Programme Coordinator

About the Role

To support the Programme Manager by coordinating programme activities and tracking deliverables in full alignment with company standards. The role is responsible for maintaining all programme documentation, providing accurate data and reports of the programme health and support critical decision making in a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

We are partners on ultra-premium, low-volume programmes delivering vehicle programmes for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector for automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina’s Battista and Aston Martin’s Valkyrie Pro.

In addition we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure programmes documentation and indicators are kept up-to-date and aligned with programme methodology and processes.
  • Develop and maintain realistic, agreed and comprehensive cross-functional programme timelines, with associated resources and costs, tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Organise and administrate regular programme reviews with cross-functional teams, including minutes and actions, to ensure all departments are on track and well-coordinated.
  • Develop and maintain a plan for every part (ETRS), from styling surface to parts’ delivery, for each build phase, including development spare parts, their maturity levels and associated tooling.
  • Maintain the programme risk and issue trackers and the financial risk and opportunity register.
  • Prepare gateway reviews documentation, provide look ahead to the programme team and track deliverables readiness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of key decisions and actions communicated with customers to ensure traceability and alignment.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and insightful programme reports, highlighting progress, key metrics, issues, and outcomes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
    Team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a high level of confidence and proficiency in working with data, with the ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex information accurately and turn data insights into clear, evidence-based actions.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • A developing commercial awareness, with an understanding of how engineering decisions impact cost, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • High levels of adaptability, confidence, and a positive, proactive attitude in dynamic or changing project environments.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and general IT proficiency
