Engineering and Simulation

Conceptual ideas take form through advanced engineering and simulation. Employing industry-leading tools like Dyna and Madymo to optimise designs, prioritising occupant safety, predicting dynamic behaviour, and developing detailed solutions that anticipate and address potential challenges ensuring a robust and reliable foundation for the vehicle and feasibility analysis for it’s production.

Testing and Development

Comprehensive in-house testing enables rapid iteration and validation:

  • dedicated airbag deployment test cell
  • environmental simulations
  • detonation analysis
  • stress and durability rigs

Testing to exceed standards our in-house capability contributes significantly to competitive lead times and control over data integrity.

On rare occasions where we need to test externally, we utilise world-leading facilities at Millbrook test center.

Prototyping and Production

Prototyping is a key step in the manufacturing process. Our prototyping process enables us to rapidly refine concepts into manufacturable products, before proceeding to full production.

We specialise in working with advanced materials, emphasising carbon fibre structural components. Utilising autoclaves, pressed carbon techniques, polyurethane foams, CNC machining, and robotic trimming, we create products with unmatched precision and repeatable quality.

Surface Finishing

The development of such luxury vehicles involves a whole range of surface finishes, all applied at the high watermarks of quality.

  • glass surface painting
  • trimming in leather, Alcantara and other specialist materials
  • laser etching and marking
  • ultra-premium surface finishes.

We even design custom packaging, ensuring the safe and secure delivery of every component.

Assembly

Bringing all components and modules together, in a rigorous, QC environment. From sub-system to full vehicle build.
